Two Pirates treasure huntin' on the beach

We had a nice visit with Papa & Grandma. It was so fun to watch Brayden light up as his Papa played in character with him. Just two pirates, talking about treasure and pirate ships!

Baby steps to being a big boy

It's time to throw a party and do a dance! The last few times I have gone out with Bray he has not run away from me. He's never been a naughty or rebellious shopping pal. However, if he sees something that interests him, his mind focuses on only that and he's off like a horse at the races!

We've had lots of learning opportunities and Brayden has matured. The other night bray and I went to lowes and fred Meyer. I did not need to strap in the cart and cinch the belt as tight as I could, force him to hold my hand or chase him in a full sprint down an aisle. We just roamed the store, together, talked about what we saw and of course pretended to be pirates. ;)

We did go to world market the other day with sienna... Bray stayed close, sienna smiled at me with a spark in her eye and ran away from me twice! Lol! Oh Sienna, your training starts now. :)

New Niece Evelyn

April 21st our cousins Chloe & Ryan had a beautiful baby girl! Girls are making a come back on the boy dominated family tree!

Sienna LOVED bringing the baby her blankets, hats, pacifiers, etc.! And Brayden requested to hold her and did a great job! He was interested in checking out her tiny little hands and he kept patting her head gently. Evelyn slept peacefully through it all. :)

Always a pirate.

You would think this is a picture of Brayden at the doctors last Monday... But really, it's captain hook on his pirate ship! And there was a crocodile trying to get him (sienna was trying to get up on the table). Captain hook is yelling for Mr. Smee (me) to save him, lol!

My sweet boy.

He's rowdy, energetic, spunky, sometimes mischievous but he sure has a sweet side!

A couple days ago bray and I put sienna down for her nap. Bray grabbed a blanket and said, "hey mom, let's snuggle together on the front porch."

Mid 60's? Yes please!

I have rarely posted since I got an iPhone. When I'm on my computer I am working (creating forms, creating poster, fliers, postcards, responding to members, updating excel data charts, promoting programs, changing class schedules, etc...) lots I really interesting things... ;)

Just figured out how to blog from my phone! Love blogging. Helps me with baby/kid books at a quick glance. :)

Today it's mid 60's set up the pool and get your suits!!!
