My little mommy

I tried out the ergo (best baby carrier ever!) to see if sienna would still ride in it. I strapped her on and we mowed the lawn! The thought it was awesome and smiled the whole time. She said, over and over, "da mama (and pointed to me) and da baby (and pointed to herself)! Lovey! Lovey! Da mama, da baby."

The next day she came up to me with the ergo and "her baby" and said, "baby ride? My baby ride?" lol! So she carried her baby around.

Bring on summer!

This is the first time it's felt like summer since... well... I was in school myself! Four the last four summers we have either had a crawling baby (putting everything in the ground in mouth an crawling grass, dirt sand while needing to stop and be at home for two naps a day) or I have been pregnant. Before that I was working 5 days a week in an office and enjoying the summer on the weekends. Those summers were nice, but we have been looking forward to these sun filled days of playing! With just one early afternoon nap for sienna. :) We are really enjoying the kids and the stage they are both in for on the go fun!

Bring on sunshine, the pool, the beach, the lake, the park, the playground, the boat, the BBQ, the bikes, the vacations and the summer!

Funny.

The other day I asked Brayden, "When you grow up, are you going to get married?"


Brayden says confidently, "yeah... I am."

"Who do you want to get married to?"

Without hesitation Brayden replies, "I'll marry Sienna. Then we can all stay together."

I think he'll change his mind, but as for now, that is one of the cutest things he has ever said! Love him.
