Sunday was a fun and busy day!
We started the day with Sienna's dedication at our church, Life Center. We were so happy to see so many family members and friends come! Then we had everyone over for lunch after service.
After that we headed off to Dad & Mom's for our annual pumpkin carving contest! Highlight was that our little nephew Jantzen (Michael & Kik's baby boy) came to join us, only four days old!
After a busy weekend, then hosting two dozen people for lunch, etc. I was pretty wiped out when we got home at 10pm. Sienna had been able to sleep a bit more during the day, compared to what we normally let her do. I have to brag about my hubby, he took Sienna and told me to go to bed. So nice to go to bed by myself when I felt like it! I got to sleep in too (8:00am)! I woke up and Brett was taking care of Brayden and had cleaned the whole house! (We went straight from the dedication lunch to run to moms for pumpkin carving, so there was quite a bit to clean up). What a sweet guy... :)
While all the girls chatted away in the living room, the guys crashed on the couch and watched the Seahawks game.
Four Generations of Girls!
Sienna & Jantzen, can't wait to watch these two grow up together. :)
Brayden looked at Sienna the other day and said, "Whoa! Get so big!" She has grown so much in the last (almost) 8 weeks!
Some serious carving going on...
Michael & I have been more like brother/sister than cousins. Our families have been close, we had the same friends growing up, same school, same "area" for college and he married one of my best friends! So fun that he had a boy and I had a girl at the same time. It will be fun to watch Sienna & Jantzen be buddies like Michael & I have been.
Brett carved a pumpkin for all four of us! Says "O 4". :)
