We are so excited for a little girl to join us! One of our first purchases was her "first outfit". We bought a really sweet & snugly "take me home" outfit for her to wear home from the hospital. It is the same one that her big brother wore! Except for, of course, it is the girl version {in pink, bow on hat, ruffles lining every edge}. We have gotten some other gifts and girly things too, how fun!
All Brayden's baby clothes {which were waiting in his closet in plastic totes}, have been sorted to pull out anything that could be gender neutral {not much besides white onesies} and labeled and put in the attic. We have about six paint samples spread over the future nursery, a chandelier and some sample bedding pieces ordered and on their way to our home!
Brayden has been walking in to the guest room looking at the walls, which have different shades of pink, and saying, "Oh pretty!". This is normally the comment that is saved for flowers or jewelry, but apparently pink walls are in the same category for this boy. :)
